SMS Consent Policy

Last Updated: June 11, 2026

1. Overview

Inbroadvision ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and preferences of individuals who receive SMS messages through our platform. This SMS Consent Policy explains how we obtain, use, and manage your consent to receive text messages.

2. Types of SMS Communications

Inbroadvision may facilitate the following categories of SMS communications on behalf of our customers:

  • Appointment reminders and confirmations
  • Transactional notifications related to services you have requested
  • Follow-up messages after a voice interaction with an AI agent
  • Customer support responses
  • Marketing or promotional messages (only with explicit prior consent)

3. How We Obtain Consent

We require all customers using Inbroadvision's platform to obtain proper consent from their end users before sending any SMS communications. Consent must be:

  • Expressed clearly: Recipients must affirmatively agree to receive messages (e.g., by checking a box, completing a form, or providing a phone number with an explicit opt-in statement).
  • Informed: At the point of consent, recipients must be told who is messaging them, the types of messages they will receive, and that message and data rates may apply.
  • Voluntary: Consent to receive marketing messages may not be required as a condition of purchasing goods or services.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

Recipients may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receiving a STOP request, no further messages will be sent to that number. You may also reply HELP for assistance or contact us directly at team@inbroadvision.com.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the services you or the business using Inbroadvision has configured. Transactional messages are sent only as triggered by a relevant event. Marketing messages are sent only to the extent agreed upon at the time of consent.

6. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Inbroadvision is not responsible for any charges incurred by recipients from their mobile service providers.

7. Privacy of Your Information

Your phone number and any personal information collected in connection with SMS consent will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

8. Compliance

Inbroadvision's SMS practices comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and guidelines published by the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA). Customers using our platform are independently responsible for ensuring their own compliance with these laws.
